When you contact us, you provide your contact details and the information included in your inquiry. The driver form requests name, email and phone; experience, a message and supporting documents are optional. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs and browser details to operate and protect the site.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss transportation or equipment, review an employment application and contact you about it, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting a driver application is not an employment offer and does not enroll you in marketing text messages.
Documents and access
The website form stores applications and uploaded documents as private records available to authorized site administrators. Documents are not published in the public media library. Hosting, website administration and communication providers may process information to support these functions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights. Do not upload a Social Security number, bank details or medical records through this initial form.

The custom website form does not sell submitted data or use it for targeted advertising.

The full employment application opens on Jotform. When you choose that link, the external service processes your information under its own policies as well as the applicable recruiting process. Social media and other external links also have separate policies. This notice describes the website form; it does not replace notices for background checks or employment onboarding.
