Paul founded V-Line with a clear goal: build a transportation company people can rely on. Over more than a decade of growth, that vision has become a nationwide operation with a fleet of 150+ trucks. Today, he continues to guide the company’s growth, bringing together its people, equipment and daily operations.

Vasil coordinates local drivers in New York, including Buffalo, as well as Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Short runs, changing plans and tight timing make this a demanding part of dispatch. He keeps local trips coordinated, aligning drivers, pickups and deliveries as the day evolves.

From the first interview to everyday life at V-Line, Bogdan helps drivers resolve organizational matters quickly and stay focused on the road. He handles hiring, onboarding, paperwork, fuel cards and ongoing driver support, making internal processes clear and efficient.
